Sister

Joann Hunt, a woman held in China on dubious drug charges, has incarcerated for at least 10 years. In today's Chicago Tribune it was said that her brother begged for his sister to be brought home and that this kind of detention is not recognized "as unjust by the federal government". It has been reported that she has cancer, and was raped while in prison. She and others have been unjustly incarcerated, and I reach out to ask our country's leaders to bring her home, and for us to pray for her, or petition, or to help bring her and othes unjustly incarcerated home. Cases such as hers don't get the kind of attention and focus that others do. How it has been for her, and her family, the frightening incarceration for dubious reasons, what she and her family have been through can only be imagined. Let's bring her home. Please.
